Yesterday, EA said they ad a big announcement concerning Crysis 3 coming today and finally here it is. They've announced the first Crysis 3 DLC named The Lost Island.
It seems Crysis is going back to the roots with this DLC, as screenshots feature jungles, waterfalls and the surrounding sea. Note that this is a multiplayer DLC so there's nothing in there for singleplayer fans.
The packs will add 4 new maps, 2 new modes and a bunch of new weapons for your multiplayer joy. It really looks refreshing and still among the elite when it comes to making realistic graphics.
Oh.. the price.. $ 14.99 or 1200 MS.. Is it worth it.. nope. That's just my opinion, but a few maps and gun models ain't what I'd call $ 15 material. Hell, there are a lot of $ 15 - 20 full games that will certainly bring more joy than a few more maps.
But again, if you're a multiplayer fan, want to still play Crysis but need a breath of fresh air and have spare $ 15, then by all means, go for it.
